Purposeful Diversity Partnerships – Enabling Diversity Through Engagement

Industry has been focusing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for decades with little sustained progress.  Why? One factor is that people are asked to change without developing the tools, skills, and action plan needed to be a true Diversity Partner.  Let’s explore how to embrace the ideals of diversity through personal action and engagement.  In this workshop we identify steps each of us can take to transform from a Diversity Advocate to an Authentic Diversity Partner.  You will walk out of this workshop saying “I had no idea, “Now I have a plan” and “I will start today”.
