Purposeful Diversity requires actively seeking out experiences, perspectives and relationships that differ from your own. It involves embracing and celebrating differences in culture, background, beliefs and experiences, and seeking to learn from those that are different from you. Nisaba is offering one session for each of the four recommended steps to level up your diversity mindset. Session 1: Building Self Awareness Enhance your understanding of how personal experiences and environment impact your decision making. Session 2: Build a Personal Diversity Circle (PDC) Expand your perspective through engagement with others. Session 3: Create a Personal Commitment Statement Create a personal action statement and build your commitment to promote diversity. Session 4: Accountability through Daily Reflection Express gratitude today for your accomplishments and build a more diverse tomorrow.
